Job Description

The Regional Government Office for Southern Finland is competing for translation services from the regional government agencies.Regional Government Offices carry out tasks under eight different ministries, which are always linked to the valid government program.The lengths of the texts may vary from one side of the translator to more than 50 translators.The procurement is divided into two areas of language pairs: Section 1: Suomi-Sweden-Suomi Section 2: Finland-English-Finland Finland is selected for one (1) service provider.The subject of the acquisition is described in more detail in Annex 2 “Description of the item”.The contract period contract period is three (3) years.The contracting entity shall have the right to continue the contract for one (1) year stock option under the terms of the contract.See.Also paragraph 4 of the agreement attached to the invitation to tender.

Käännöspalvelut

Etelä-Suomen aluehallintovirasto kilpailuttaa aluehallintovirastojen käännöspalvelut. Aluehallintovirastot hoitavat kahdeksan eri ministeriön alaisuuteen kuuluvia tehtäviä, jotka kytkeytyvät aina voimassa olevaan hallitusohjelmaan. Tekstien pituudet voivat vaihdella yhdestä kääntäjän sivusta yli 50 kääntäjän sivuun. Hankinta on jaettu kielipareittain kahteen osa-alueeseen: Osa-alue 1: Suomi-ruotsi-suomi Osa-alue 2: Suomi-englanti-suomi Molempiin osa-alueisiin valitaan yksi (1) palveluntuottaja. Hankinnan kohde on kuvattu tarkemmin liitteessä 2 “Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus”. SOPIMUSKAUSI Sopimuskausi on kolme (3) vuotta. Hankintayksiköllä on oikeus jatkaa sopimuksen voimassaoloa yhden (1) vuoden mittaisella optiokaudella sopimuksen ehdoin. Ks. myös tarjouspyynnön liitteenä olevan sopimuksen kohta 4.
