Notice Description

The Charité – University Medical Center Berlin, Charitéplatz 1, 10117 Berlin, intends to award a framework contract for the leasing of 750 service bikes.This includes the creation and management of all performance processes from order to termination as well as return and damage processing.In addition, the client concludes a leasing framework contract with the contractor, in which the framework conditions (e.g. payment processing, formalities for leasing, contract term, insurance, data protection, etc.) are set for all future single -in -aluine ascension contracts.More information can be found on the documents provided on the Charité (https://vergestplattform.charite.de).

Die Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, Charitéplatz 1, 10117 Berlin, beabsichtigt einen Rahmenvertrag für das Leasing von 750 Diensträdern zu vergeben. Dieser umfasst die Schaffung und das Management aller Leistungsprozesse von Bestellung bis Beendigung wie auch Rückführung und Schadensabwicklung. Darüber hinaus schließt die Auftraggeberin einen Leasingrahmenvertrag mit dem Auftragnehmer oder einer vom Auftragnehmer bestimmten Leasinggesellschaft, in dem die Rahmenbedingungen (z. B. Zahlungsabwicklung, Formalitäten zum Leasing, Vertragslaufzeiten, Versicherung, Datenschutz etc.) für alle künftigen Einzelleasingverträge festgelegt werden.     Comparable services are services of all kinds in the provision of leasing bicycles.Determination must be proven for every observation period (01.01.2021 to 31.12.2023) So many references that a provision of comparable services in each of the 3 consideration periods in the type and scope for the advertised performance and comparable company size (min. 10,000 employees) is proven to be the client.
    Another company activity and the scope of completed individual leasing contracts are required

    Comparable services are services of all kinds in the provision of leasing bicycles.Proof must be proven about:

    a) An at least continuous 4 -year business activity in the area of service bike leasing for the period 01.01.2020 to 31.12.2023

    b) The conclusion of at least 500,000 single leasing contracts for the period 01.01.2020 to 31.12.2023 in total.
    is required to be currently valid by the bidder as part of his work in the field of business baddleasing.Proof must be proven about:

    a) The bidder’s data center is certified according to ISO 27001.

    b) The bidder itself is certified according to ISO 27001.
