SBH |Schulbau Hamburg, as the state company of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (called SBH below), has the task of planning, building, maintaining and managing the school properties, taking into account school issues according to economic principles and the authority for schooland vocational training (BSB).The Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, Schulbau Hamburg intends the fundamental renovation and redesign of the school location to the 7-day campus district school-Kieler-Straße with a high school level.In the course of the redesign, a comprehensive energetic and pollutant renovation of the 4-storey existing building from 1976 and the main entrance for the new addressing is moved to Kieler Straße.Here: scaffolding building

SBH | Schulbau Hamburg hat als Landesbetrieb der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg (nachstehend SBH genannt) die Aufgabe, die Schulimmobilien unter Berücksichtigung der schulischen Belange nach wirtschaftlichen Grundsätzen zu planen, zu bauen, zu unterhalten und zu bewirtschaften und die mehr als 400 Schulen an die Behörde für Schule und Berufsbildung (BSB) zu vermieten. Die Freie und Hansestadt Hamburg, Schulbau Hamburg beabsichtigt die grundhafte Sanierung und Umgestaltung des Schulstandortes zur 7-zügigen Campus-Stadtteilschule-Kieler-Straße mit Gymnasialstufe. Im Zuge der Umgestaltung wird eine umfassende energetische und Schadstoffsanierung des 4-geschossigen Bestandsgebäudes von 1976 durchgeführt und der Haupteingang zur neuen Adressierung an die Kieler Straße verlegt.     Possibly required minimum standards:
    The average annual turnover of the last 3 completed financial years, which are specified, must at least achieve the assessment costs of the advertised service.V. (Prequalification Directory) stating the registration number or:
    – At least three references to comparable services from the last five completed calendar years (in accordance with Section 6a EU No. 3 lit. a VOB/A)
