    • Self -declaration that there is no exclusion of exclusion for the company i.S. v.Section 21 (1) of the employee’s provision Act (AENTG), Section 98c of the Residence Act (Residence Act), Section 19 (1) of the Minimum Wage Act (Milog), § 21 of the Black Labor Couration Act (SchwarzarbG) or Section 22 of the Landproofing Law (LKSOrpflG).
