The state of Saarland plans the replacement building of the ‘School am Webersberg’ in Homburg (Saar), a special school for physical and motor development.A space program of approx. 5,300 m² Nuf is to be realized for 200 students in the future.For this, building costs (KG 300/400) IHV.approx. EUR 27.7 million estimated net.The services of structural engineering LPH 2-6 according to §§ 38 HOAI are to be awarded here.

Das Land Saarland plant den Ersatzneubau der ‘Schule am Webersberg’ in Homburg (Saar), einer-Förderschule für körperliche und motorische Entwicklung. Für künftig 200 Schüler*innen soll ein Raumprogramm von ca. 5.300 m² NUF realisiert werden. Dafür sind Bauwerkskosten (KG 300/400) iHv. ca. 27,7 Mio. EUR netto veranschlagt. Vergeben werden sollen hier die Leistungen der Tragwerksplanung LPH 2-6 gem. §§ 38 HOAI.

  CREDENTIALS:
  Points (max. 100) are assigned to the following criteria:
  – Max. 40 points (20 points per reference) for references to comparable support structure and difficulty (at least Hz III)
  – 20 points for a reference with a wide range of support (span at least 15 m)
  – 20 points for a reference to wood or wood hybrid construction
  – 20 points for a reference to sustainable and environmentally friendly building (certification according to relevant evaluation systems)

  Reference projects are evaluated under the following conditions:
  – Completion: Completed Hoai basic services not before 2017
  – Expert scope of services on the announcement of the announcement: at least 75 % of the Hoai basic performance
  – at least € 5.0 million net for KG 300
