Job Description

The framework agreement with minimum (500,000 Euro (s) HT) and maximum (2,000,000 euros HT) has entered into articles L2125-1 1 °, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code.It will give rise to the emission of purchase orders.The framework agreement is concluded for a period of 4 years from the date of notification of the contract.The services are paid by unit prices.The services concern: development of regulatory files for spreading sludge Preparation of spreading campaigns: analyzes, relations with farmers, links with agricultural work companies Production of spreading: transport, spreading, burial, etc.Monitoring of spreading

L’accord-cadre avec minimum (500 000 euro(s) HT) et maximum (2 000 000 euro(s) HT) est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l’émission de bons de commande. L’accord-cadre est conclu pour une durée de 4 ans à compter de la date de notification du contrat. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les prestations concernent: Élaboration des dossiers réglementaires d’épandage des boues Préparation des campagnes d’épandage : analyses, relations avec les agriculteurs, liens avec les entreprises de travaux agricoles Réalisation des épandages : transport, épandage, enfouissement, etc. Suivi des épandages
