Notice Description

The purpose of the framework agreement is to perform reception, information and commercial events with customers at Marseille Provence airport including in particular: – Reception of “Foreign Languages”, – Provision of’Information and orientation, – PARAFE reception and information services, – BLS reception provision (terminal free services), – Gateway reception provision, – EES reception provision (Exit Entry System), – Services of’Personalized customer reception, – Common commercial entertainment services shops/commercial operators, – other services and information services (event reception, salons representation, amp the mistral building, etc.).

L’accord-cadre a pour objet la réalisation des prestations d’accueil, d’information et d’animations commerciales auprès de la clientèle de l’Aéroport Marseille Provence comprenant notamment : – prestation d’accueil « langues étrangères », – prestations d’information et d’orientation, – prestations d’accueil et informations Parafe, – Prestation d’accueil BLS (Borne libre services), – Prestation d’accueil Gateway, – Prestation d’accueil EES (Exit Entry System), – prestations d’accueil client personnalisé, – prestations d’animations commerciales communes Shops/opérateurs commerciaux, – autres prestations d’accueil et d’informations (accueil événementiel, représentation salons, bâtiment AMP Le Mistral, etc.).

  • Selection criteria:
    The candidates will produce:
    – a declaration of the overall turnover and the turnover relating to the object of the market for the last 3 years (of the establishment which is a candidate and which will perform the services)
    Minimum required:
    1- Ca from the establishment which is a candidate and which will perform the services: 4 million euros per year (excluding year 2020),
    2- Extracts from balance sheets and income statements (the establishment that is a candidate and which will perform the services) of the last 3 years (excluding 2020),
    – an insurance certificate covering professional risks for the current year.

    The candidates will produce:
    – a list of significant references of less than 3 years, of the same nature and the same importance, with indication of the type of service, the amount, the date and the customer (names, address, telephone number);
    – a declaration indicating for each of the last 3 years, the annual average staff of the candidate and the importance of the supervisory staff;
    – A description of material means and technical and computer equipment whose candidate has for the execution of the market.
