    Evidence of the suitability for the service to be awarded can also be entered by the registration that can be accessed directly to the generally accessible list of the association for the prequalification of construction company e.V. (prequalification directory).The entry in an equivalent directory of other Member States is also approved as evidence.
    In the case of bidders/working groups, the respective proof of each member of the community must be conducted.
    With the submission of the offer, the bidder has by submitting the fully completed form sheet 124 “self-declaration to suitability” its respective net annual turnover in the three completed financial years from servicesTo explain that are comparable to the services to be awarded, including the proportion of orders carried out together with other companies.If the bidder does not yet have a business activity of 3 years, the explanatory period extends to the time of its previous business.
    On the separate request of the awarding authorities, bidders have to submit this declaration within the deadline to be presented for their subsequent company.
    With the offer, the bidder evidence – initially only own declarations in accordance with the form “Reference Bidders” – – to refer to references.For each individual reference, the “Reference Performance Bidders” form is fully completed by the bidder and, if necessary, supplemented with the offer to submit further explanatory documents for the respective reference performance.

    The references must meet the following minimum conditions:
    a) The reference services must be comparable to the services to be awarded.
    b) The reference services must not have been completed before March 1st, 2019.
    c) The bidder must submit at least 2 references with the offer that meet the minimum requirements in accordance with a) and b).
