    Competitors must be in possession of the following requirements:

    a) The competitor, under penalty of exclusion from the tender, must demonstrate:
    1) limbed, depending on the case, to one of the following registers/registers, pursuant to the article 100, paragraph 1 letter), of the code:
    – Register of companies of the C.C.I.A.A., or at the competent professional orders, for activities inherent in the loggia of the contract;
    – for economic operators based in other Member States of European Union, the certificate of registration in one of the professional or commercial registers equivalent to the previous point, established in the state of belonging;
    – for cooperative companies and cooperatives consortia, a loving in thelbo of cooperative companies (Ministerial Decree of 23 June 2004) is also required;
    2) (for competitors having registered office in Italy) the possession of the VAT authorization (Institute for Supervision on Insurance) or other similar documentation issued by the Ministry of Budget and Economic Planning (today Ministry for Economic Development) and/orFrom the Cipe, all -year in Italy in the insurance branches relating to the lots to which it is intended to participate, pursuant to Legislative Decree 209/2005 and SS.MM.II.;
    3) (for competitors having registered office in a Member State of European Union other than the possession of the VAT authorization (Institute for Supervision on Insurance) or other similar documentation issued by the Ministry of Budget and Economic Planning (today Ministry for theEconomic development) and/or CIPE, at the beginning of the activities in Italy (referring to the insurance branches relating to the lots to which we intend to participate under the freedom of establishment in Italy) through its secondary headquarters in Italy, pursuant to the D.LGS 209/2005 and SS.MM.II.;

    that is to say

    possession of the VAT authorization, or other similar documentation issued by the Ministry of Budget and Economic Planning (today Ministry for Economic Development) and/or CIPE, concerning the regularity of the documentation received (referring to the insurance branches relating to the lots to which you areHe intends to participate under a free service provision in Italy as well as having communicated alluffician of the Register of Rome and Allivass appoints his tax representative or the laud for the country of origin.
