Job Description

It is the construction of a three-storey indoor swimming hall with a 25-meter swimming pool with 6-railways, a children’s paddling pool, a recreational pool with a wild river and water attractions, including sauna operations with cooling pools (steam bath, Herbal sauna, organic sauna, ceremonial sauna sauna), wellness and exercise hall, separate dressing rooms with hygienic facilities of visitors, massage room, offices, gastro -construction, machine rooms pool technology incl.Accumulation tanks, air conditioning, heating, electrical, measurement and regulation, etc. and employees’ facilities.The construction will also be built a parking lot with 40 perpendicular parking spaces.The subject of the contract is also a new transformer station.Before the construction of the swimming hall will be demolished the existing dressing room and hostels of the summer swimming pool.

Jedná se o výstavbu třípodlažní kryté plavecké haly s 25metrovým plaveckým bazénem se 6-ti drahami, dětským brouzdalištěm, rekreačním bazénem s divokou řekou a vodními atrakcemi, součástí jsou též saunové provozy s ochlazovacími bazénky (parní lázeň, herbal sauna, bio sauna, ceremoniální sauna), wellness a cvičební sál, samostatné šatny s hygienickým zázemím návštěvníků, masérna, kanceláře, gastroprovoz, strojovny bazénové technologie vč. akumulačních nádrží, vzduchotechniky, vytápění, elektro, měření a regulace atd. a zázemí zaměstnanců. V rámci výstavby bude zbudováno také parkoviště se 40-ti kolmými parkovacími stáními. Předmětem zakázky je i nová trafostanice. Před výstavbou plavecké haly dojde k demolici stávajícího objektu šaten a ubytoven letního koupaliště.

    The supplier is obliged to prove professional competence pursuant to the provisions of Section 77 (1) and (2) (a).a) of the ZZVZ by submitting the following documents:
    a) in relation to the Czech Republic an extract from the Commercial Register or an extract from other similar records, if another legal regulation requires an entertainment in such a records, a
    (b) Proof of business authorization that entitles the supplier:
    • to make buildings, their changes and their removal – for example, a document proving a trade license in the field (subject of business): implementation of buildings, their changes and removal;
    • To dispose of hazardous waste – eg document proving a trade license in the field (subject of business): business in the field of hazardous waste management.
    The supplier to prove the technical qualification will prove the following documents:
    • List of construction work, including required certificates of the client of the relevant work;
    • Delivery list;
    • List of technicians who will participate in the fulfillment of the public contract, including their structured CVs and ingredients.certificate;
    • Samples and technical sheets of products and equipment intended for delivery.
