Notice Description

The Hanseatic and University City of Rostock plans the new construction of the children’s and youth emergency service in Pablo-Neruda-Straße in the Hanse and University City of Rostock.With the new building, a family competence center corresponding to the requirements is to be created.The new location comprises an area size of approx. 4,500 sqm and is located in the middle of a district and meeting center, sports halls and adjacent residential development.The planned building construction consists of 3 separate one- and two -storey buildings: – House 1: Emergency service area with accommodation option for 12 children and adolescents, – house 2: Regular living group with nine places, – house 3: Mother -child group with four places.

Die Hanse- und Universitätsstadt Rostock plant den mit einer Standortverlagerung einhergehenden Neubau des Kinder- und Jugendnotdienstes in der Pablo-Neruda-Straße in der Hanse- und Universitätsstadt Rostock. Mit dem Neubau soll ein den Anforderungen entsprechendes Familienkompetenzzentrum entstehen. Der neue Standort umfasst eine Flächengröße von ca. 4.500 qm und befindet sich in Mitten eines Stadtteil- und Begegnungszentrums, Sporthallen sowie angrenzender Wohnbebauung. Der geplante Hochbau besteht aus 3 separaten ein- und zweigeschossigen Gebäuden: – Haus 1: Notdienstbereich mit Unterbringungsmöglichkeit für 12 Kinder und Jugendliche, – Haus 2: Regelwohngruppe mit neun Plätzen, – Haus 3: Mutter-Kind-Gruppe mit vier Plätzen.
