The market is concluded in a mixed form, with a fixed part made in the form of an ordinary market (under the recovery and initialization of the maintenance service and the maintenance in operational conditions and annual support) and a part concluded underThe form of a framework agreement (under the new apps chosen in the Market Place, evolutionary maintenance services and additional training).The party relating to the framework agreement is concluded without minimum in quantity or in value but with a maximum amount including tax of 75,000 euros (s) per year
