Job Description

Avans is looking for the mobility service provider that offers a Maas platform that: • makes orienting and registering from home working and traveling more user-friendly and therefore easier;• Removes the threshold to opt for a sustainable choice;• Makes flexible travel possible, after all, not a day is the same;• has set up efficient and user -friendly digitized processes for both the user and manager.Avans wants to focus on a partnership with a partner who leads the way in the market and thinks along with Avans.The assignment is split into two phases.Depending on the relevant phase, the employees of Avans receive a mobility card: • Phase 1: roll out the mobility card and partial mobility: current employees and employees with public transport potential receive a mobility card • Phase 2: roll out the living / business trips and home work registration: other employeesreceive a mobility card.Phase 1 • One-off costs (implementation and purchase of mobility card): € 40,000 • Annual costs (usage and management costs, public transport and partial transport): € 1,900,000 phase 2 • One-off costs (implementation and purchase of mobility card): € 65,000 • annual costs (annual costs (annual costs (annual costs (annual costs (annual costs (annual costsUsage and management costs, public transport and partial transport): € 2,000,000 in the above indication cannot be derived from the future turnover during the term of the agreement.

Avans is op zoek naar de mobiliteitsdienstverlener die een MaaS-platform aanbiedt die: • het oriënteren en registreren van thuiswerken en reizen gebruiksvriendelijker en daardoor eenvoudiger maakt; • de drempel weg neemt om voor een duurzame keuze te kiezen; • flexibel reizen mogelijk maakt, geen dag is immers hetzelfde; • efficiënte en gebruiksvriendelijke gedigitaliseerde processen heeft ingericht voor zowel gebruiker als beheerder. Avans wil hierbij inzetten op een partnership met een partner die vooroploopt in de markt en meedenkt met Avans. De Opdracht is opgesplitst in twee fases. Afhankelijk van de betreffende fase ontvangen de medewerkers van Avans een mobiliteitskaart: • Fase 1: Uitrollen van de mobiliteitskaart en deelmobiliteit: huidige medewerkers en medewerkers met OV potentieel ontvangen een mobiliteitskaart • Fase 2: Uitrollen van de woonwerk / dienstreizen en thuiswerk registratie: overige medewerkers ontvangen een mobiliteitskaart. Fase 1 • Eenmalige kosten (implementatie en aanschaf mobiliteitskaart): € 40.000 • Jaarlijkse kosten (gebruiks- en beheerkosten, OV en deelvervoer): € 1.900.000 Fase 2 • Eenmalige kosten (implementatie en aanschaf mobiliteitskaart): € 65.000 • Jaarlijkse kosten (gebruiks- en beheerkosten, OV en deelvervoer): € 2.000.000 Aan bovenstaande indicatie kunnen geen rechten aan ontleend worden omtrent toekomstige omzet gedurende de looptijd van de Overeenkomst.
