    Minimum requirements for corporate project references:
    The project references must be submitted from the past three completed calendar years (2021,2022,2023).They should meet the following services/experiences: ILE/LEADER management, process control, moderation, public relations, network management, creation of regional and local development concepts, tourism services, village development/village renewal, land consolidation, area and soil management, rural infrastructure measures, experiences with funding instrumentsEU, the federal government and the Free State of Saxony as well as experience and knowledge in the application and advising project providers with regard to the funding programs relevant to the development of rural areas.The references are to be presented in detail.For this, the bidder has to be based on the pattern for corporate project references (see sample corporate project references, Appendix 7 of the tender documents).
    The main contact: The bidder has to name a main contact/project manager for the customer for the provision of services.This is responsible for monitoring the performance to be provided and the success of the management performance.In particular, the project manager is the first point of contact for the client.An exchange of the named and used project manager is permitted.
    Qualification: Leader management should have a wide range of skills (see table of tender documents).Furthermore,Experience in the implementation of the ILE/LEADER strategy.A management team is required by at least two employees in full-time employment/full-time equivalent.The size of the processing team and the technical composition is required.Evidence of professional qualifications and qualifications as well as personal references about comparable projects are to be explained for each team member in a specialist resume (see sample employee profile/specialist life run, Appendix 9 of the tender documents).
    Required minimum standards: The bidder documents the measures for quality assurance and the presence of a quality management system through a valid certification certificate according to ISO 9001.
    Explanation of the reliability, explanation and proof of the bidder that he has operational liability insurance (see form explanationfor operating liability, Appendix 5 of the tender documents);Information on the last three completed financial years (see form of sales, Appendix 6 of the procurement documents)
