  • Selection criteria:
    For this market, no selection criterion relating to the economic and financial capacity of the candidate/tenderer is required.In accordance with article 70 of the AR of April 18, 2017, the contracting authority is satisfied with the proof of the approval as described to point A3.24 of the CSC to make the selection of bidders for the economic capacityand financial.
    More particularly with regard to the approval, it will be verified that the tenderer is properly approved for the execution of the work that he is planned to allocate to him.

    For this market, a selection criterion relating to technical and professional capacity is required.Staff: A declaration indicating the annual average staff of the entrepreneur and for the past three years.
    By workforce, we hear the personnel employed by the tenderer whether he is of supervision or worker.
    The procedures of proof and the minimum required are:
