The Municipality of Érd is intended to implement the following in the public procurement procedure of the “complex social institution furnitFurniture, device and accessory) Part 3.: Shading devices (558 devices and accessories required for different shades) Part 4: Other devices (880 different devices and accessories)

Érd Megyei Jogú Város Önkormányzata a “Komplex Szociális Intézmény bútor eszközbeszerzés” tárgyú közbeszerzési eljárás keretein belül tervezetten az alábbiak beszerzését kívánja megvalósítani: 1. részben: Általános bútorok (1196 db különböző bútor) 2. részben: Egészségügyi berendezések és eszközök (383 db különböző egészségügyi bútor, eszköz és kiegészítő) 3. részben: Árnyékoláshoz szükséges eszközök (558 db különböző árnyékoláshoz szükséges eszköz és kiegészítő) 4. részben: Egyéb eszközök (880 db különböző eszköz és kiegészítő)

  • Selection criteria:
    M1.) The Kbt.Pursuant to Article 65 (4) and Article 21 (1) (a) of the CC, the tenderer shall attach the references to the most significant transportation of the three years from the date of dispatch of the proceedings.The Contracting Authority shall take into account the deliveries completed within the 6 years (36 months) preceding the call, but not more than 6 years (72 months) preceding the call.
    Contracting authority in the BC 21/A.Article 1 of the Act also accepts the certificate if the result or activity contained in the reference requirement has been performed as part of the contract.Pursuant to Article 22 (1)-(2) of the KR.
    The certificate/declaration contains at least the following data:
    • time of performance (starting and finishing date, year-month-day),

    • Shipment subject and quantity (with detail to determine compliance with the eligibility requirement),
    • Completion ratio (in case of common performance)
    • It should also be declared whether the performance was made in accordance with the regulations and the contract.
    If the organization wishing to justify the eligibility condition has been performed in a consortium, the contracting authority shall take into account only the proportion of the company wishing to prove the reference goods in the course of examining the eligibility requirement.All documents used to justify fitness are sufficient in simple copies.The Kbt.Section 65 (6), (7), (9) and (11)-(12).
    If the required eligibility requirements are based on the capacity of the AT/person, the tender shall be submitted by the Kbt.67 (1).When submitting certificates, this organization/person must justify the correspondence of the eligibility criteria in the same way as the required certificate of certification.
    AK records 321/2015.(X.30.) Government Order.Pursuant to Article 1 (2) that the AK is made by the Kbt.Article 69 (4)-(7) of the Economic Operator called for certificates of eligibility requirements.ARC.It must prove in accordance with Chapter II that it meets the eligibility requirements set out in paragraph M1.
    The Government OrderArticle 1 (4) is governed by.
    AK states, pursuant to Article 2 (5) of the Government Decree, that it accepts the eligibility requirements set out in paragraph m1 if the economic operator is in accordance with the EEKD IV.(“yes”) declares that it meets the required eligibility requirements.In this case, the eligibility requirements do not require the EEKD form IV.Part AD..
    Certification of the aptitude is the Kbt.You can ask the ATK with the view of paragraph 69 (4) to (7).

    The minimum requirement for fitness (s):
    M1.) If you do not have the three years (36 months) in accordance with the regulations and the contract:
    Part 1: To transport at least 200 pieces of furniture
    Part 2: At least 80 pieces of health furniture and/or equipment and/or equipment
    Part 3: At least 100 pieces of curtains and/or karnis and/or glass film
    Part 4: At least 100 pieces of furniture and/or household equipment and/or technical equipment and/or equipment
    with the relevant referendum.
