Notice Description

On behalf of the Office for Social Affairs and participation, the KOE plans the establishment of a residential building for single parents who have a special need for care.Residential units are planned for 21 places, community rooms and office space.The building is to be built in downtown Rostock.More information can be found in the tender documents.

Geplant sind Wohneinheiten für 21 Plätze, Gemeinschafträume sowie Büroräume. Das Gebäude soll in der Rostocker Innenstadt entstehen.     – Qualification and permission to exercise professional, including editions with regard to the entry in a professional or commercial register according to § 44 VGV, suitability according to § 122 GWB, compelling/optional reasons for exclusion according to §§ 123 and 124 GWB as well as § 42 VGV, legal form of companies and bidding communitiesAccording to § 43 VGV: Professional ability to proof of entry in a professional or commercial register to prove the permission of the professional practice (copy).
    – Suitability of self -declaration to recognize the mandatory and optional grounds (contain in VHB self -declaration for suitability fbl. 124).
    – Legal form of companies: If there is a bidding community, naming the authorized representative of the bidder and an informal declaration of commitment signed by all members of the applicant community.
    – If the above -mentioned explanations are not included in the application for participation, or if they are not submitted by the expiry of a possible period of subsequent period, the applicant is excluded from the participation competition.The applications for participation are assessed, taking into account the following conditions in accordance with the published rating matrix.
    The applications for participation is based on the basis of the following criteria:
    – Evaluation of two comparable references with max. 30 % a total of max. 60 %
    – Assessment of the performance of the applicant overall max. 36 %
    – Evaluation of the quality of the application documents overall max. 4 %.
    – Evidence of professional liability insurance according to § 45 Paragraph 4 No. 2 VGV in the event of an order with a coverage for people and other damage of at least € 1 million
    – Minimum turnover of the company according to § 45 Paragraph 4 No. 4 VGV based on the last three completed financial years in the part of the service area in the amount of 100 t per year,
    – Execution of services in the past 7 years, which are comparable to the services to be awarded according to Section 46 (3) No. 1 VGV,
    – Average employment of the company and the number of managers in the last 3 years according to § 46 Paragraph 3 No. 2 VGV,
    – Parts of the order may be assigned to subcontractors (Section 46 (3) No. 10 VGV).
    -technical and professional performance according to § 46 VGV and suitability loan according to § 47 VGV, naming the qualification of the project managers and theEmployees and the company’s number of employees,
    – Description of a possible subordinate / suitability loan,
    – Description of two comparable references (performance period 2017 to 2023), which flow into the evaluation according to type, scope and performance success.
